Mr. Kamins, a Washington area real estate developer, is a committed Republican activist. His extensive charitable and community efforts include participation on the Board of the Washington Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science and service on the National Finance Advisory Council of the George and Barbara Bush Endowment for Innovative Cancer Research.

Mr. Kamins has participated on the highest levels of the leading Republican political organizations. He served on the Executive Committee of the National Finance Committee of George W. Bush for President and Bush C-Chairman for the State of Maryland. He is a member of the RNC National Finance Committee. For two and a half years he served as National Chairman of GOPAC. He is also member of the Republican Eagles and has served in the leadership of the Republican Senatorial Trust and NAT PAC.
