Jeffrey Feingold

Dr. Feingold is the Florida Chair of the Republican Jewish Coalition. He is also the Chairman of the Jewish Leadership Council of the Republican Party of Florida. Dr. Feingold is dedicated to promoting the goals and mission of the Republican Jewish Coalition and continuing its tradition of leadership to further develop a unified, respected national Jewish Republican voice.

He is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of MCNA Dental Plans, the largest privately held managed dental care insurance company in the country. Based out of corporate offices in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and a regional office in San Antonio, TX, MCNA provides comprehensive administration of dental benefits for Medicaid and CHIP programs across the country. MCNA also has extensive experience providing adult benefits to Medicaid, Medicare, Long Term Care, Nursing Home Diversion, and Dual Eligible enrollees through multiple contracts with medical health plans.

Dr. Feingold is also the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Dentaland Organization, which owns and operates comprehensive dental healthcare facilities offering specialty care with a general dental component throughout Florida.

Dr. Feingold is a member of the Board of Trustees at Florida Atlantic University. He serves as the Vice Chair of the Community and Governmental Relations Committee, and previously held the position of Vice Chair of the Strategic Planning and Development Committee. The Board honored his enduring commitment to enhancing opportunities in higher education by naming their boardroom “The Dr. Jeffrey P. & Barbara S. Feingold Board Room,” which was made possible by a significant gift from the Feingolds.

Recently, Dr. Feingold was appointed as a member of the UT Health Science Center Development Board for the University of Texas at San Antonio. He previously invested in the construction of a new, state-of-the-art Health Science Center there to ensure future generations of dentists in the state of Texas have access to the most comprehensive and competitive educational opportunities possible. The new Health Sciences Center will feature “The Dr. Jeffrey P. Feingold Atrium” to honor his gift and continuing service to the university and the growth of dentistry in Texas.

Dr. Feingold received his DDS degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1971, immediately after which he completed a prestigious residency at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Dr. Feingold received his MSD (Periodontology) degree and his certificate in Periodontology from the Fairleigh Dickinson University Dental School. He went on to receive the distinct honor of being named a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. His work has been published in the Journal of Periodontology.

He and his wife Barbara, a former member of the Florida State Board of Education, reside in South Florida.
