Pennsylvania Senate – Sen. Bob Casey (D) vs. Dave McCormick (R)
On paper, Bob Casey is a formidable opponent - having won election to the Senate decisively three times in the consummate swing state, Pennsylvania.
Dave McComick certainly knew he was taking on a big challenge when he stepped forward to contest Casey’s bid for a fourth term. Fortunately, McCormick, a decorated veteran and prominent business leader, has never been one to flinch from tough challenges.
To this point, McCormick appears to be executing a well-crafted strategic plan to near-perfection. He’s made Casey’s lockstep support for unpopular Biden administration policies the centerpiece of the campaign. He’s called Casey out forcefully for grave misjudgements such as supporting the Obama Iran deal and endorsing anti-Israel radical Congresswoman Summer Lee.
And Dave McCormick has overseen an unprecedented effort to win the support of Jewish voters - including by traveling to Israel on a solidarity mission soon after the October 7th attacks.
By cultivating allies throughout the business world and among conservatives, Dave McCormick has been able to keep pace with the incumbent’s ad spending. I’m proud that RJC leaders at every level have made a massive contribution to the McCormick campaign’s financial success.
As we race toward election day, polls show a tightening contest. Casey’s lead has dwindled from eight percent to less than four percent in the RealClearPolitics average. With our support, the result will be a powerful rejection of the failed status quo Bob Casey epitomizes.
Arizona-1: Rep. David Schweikert (R) vs. Amish Shah (D), and Arizona-6: Rep. Juan Ciscomani vs. Kirsten Engel (D)
Down the stretch, Republicans remain concerned about two incumbent Arizona Republicans defending districts that have become more challenging for Republicans over the last decade: David Schweikert, who has represented Scottsdale and parts of Phoenix since 2011 and Juan Ciscomani, a freshman whose district includes parts of Tucson.
Both districts swung more than five percent toward Democrats from 2016 to 2020, with Biden winning AZ-1 by 4 percent and edging out Trump by less than one percent in AZ-6. And both incumbents won their 2022 races narrowly.
Democrats are sparing no expense to help their candidates - Amish Shah in AZ-1 and Kirsten Engel in AZ-6. As a consequence, Schweikert and Ciscomani are having a tough time keeping pace in the money race.
Schweikert has been a long-time friend and ally to the Jewish community and to RJC in particular. Over the past year, he has been a consistent supporter of emergency security assistance for Israel and has earned credit for rallying opposition to the Biden-Harris plan to deliver a $6 billion cash infusion to Iran, arguing that the money should be redirected to Israel instead.
Ciscomani, a top GOP prospect for future state-wide office in Arizona, has also built a rock-solid pro-Israel record - in stark contrast to his opponent. J Street describes liberal law professor Engel as a "key ally" of theirs and organized a national fundraising tour for her.
We need to match the urgency J Street and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries are bringing to these races.
Colorado-8: Rep. Yadira Caraveo (D) vs. Gabe Evans (R)
In 2022, the Republican House candidate fell just 1600 votes short of victory in a newly created district that would have voted narrowly for Trump in 2016 and Biden in 2020. The current race pitting Democrat Rep. Yadira Caraveo against State Rep. Gabe Evans has attracted the most investment from super PACs of any House race in the country.
Evans, a veteran and former police officer who shares Hispanic heritage with forty percent of 8th district voters, is being outspent - but he has consolidated Republicans and is in a position to win as awareness of Caraveo’s extreme liberal views broadens and deepens.
One key area of contrast is the candidates’ views about Israel. Caraveo is hailed as a "champion" by anti-Israel J Street and she relies on J Street donors as her second-leading source of campaign funding.
As befits a J Street champion, Caraveo opposed the bill to end the Biden-Harris weapons embargo on Israel, opposed the effort to defund the disastrous Biden-Harris "Gaza pier," and refused to support accountability for antisemitic outbursts by her colleagues Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.
If he can beat J Street’s champion, Gabe Evans will be a champion for conservative common sense and unambiguous support for Israel. Victory in this race is within our grasp if we can match the Democrats' effort through the stretch run.
To victory,

Senator Norm Coleman RJC National Chairman
