President Trump Speaks to RJC Summit

RJC National Chairman Senator Norm Coleman opened the plenary session at the RJC Leadership Summit in Las Vegas yesterday by telling attendees: "Ladies and gentlemen, we're at a moment of inflection, a moment in history. We can continue down with four more years of darkness or return to four years of light. We're going to turn to the light and have Donald J. Trump re-elected the 47th President."

We were honored to have President Donald Trump speak with us, live, during the plenary session. The President's remarks focused on Israel and on the threats to the Jewish state and the Jewish people from Iran, its proxies, and supporters of terrorism around the world.

The Times of Israel reports:

"I will work with you to make sure Israel is with us for thousands of years," the Republican nominee said in a satellite address to the Republican Jewish Coalition’s annual conference in Las Vegas. "You’re not going to have an Israel if [Kamala Harris] becomes president… Israel will no longer exist."

..."I defunded the Palestinian Authority and choked off the money to Hamas, and we actually defunded, we were paying them a fortune every year, the United States was paying a fortune, and I said 'we’re not gonna pay it, they’re not our friends and not the friends of Israel,' he said on Thursday.

...Trump opened his remarks by offering his condolences to the family of Hersh Goldberg-Polin, an American-Israeli who was one of the six hostages recovered by the IDF last week after they were executed by their Hamas captors in a tunnel underneath the Gaza city of Rafah.

The Jewish Insider reports:

"This November, we’re going to replace weakness with strength, cowardice with courage and clarity, and war with peace... When I left office, America was safe," he added. "Israel was safe, the Jewish people were safe, and the whole world was at peace."

Speaking from New York, Trump — who began his 15-minute speech with an acknowledgment of the six hostages recently murdered by Hamas in Gaza — ran through a list of Middle East policy achievements that he has frequently touted to pro-Israel audiences, including relocating the US Embassy in Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and brokering the Abraham Accords between Israel and several Arab states.

"When I’m president, the United States will once again stand shoulder to shoulder with the State of Israel," he said broadly. "I will support Israel’s right to win its war on terror, and we will win fast."

The former president said he would "help Israel become great again, while imploring the crowd to "get Jewish people who love Israel" to vote for him in the November election. "You must get them to vote for Trump."

While President Trump was not with us in person, our satellite connection with him let us see and hear him, and let him see and hear the enthusiastic crowd. The energy in the room was tremendous!

RJC members are energized for the biggest effort in our organization's history to help Republicans strengthen their House majority, take back the Senate, and bring Donald Trump back to the White House!

GOP Stars Shine at RJC Leadership Summit

President Trump, Speaker Johnson, and a stellar lineup of GOP leaders address Jewish Republicans at RJC event in Las Vegas.

Our great speakers included Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC), Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), Sen. Joni Ernst (IA), Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO), Rep. David Kustoff (R-TN), Governors Glenn Youngkin (VA), Doug Burgum (ND), and RNC Chairman Michael Whatley.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, Gov. Glenn Younkin, Rep. David Kustoff, and Ways and Means Committee Chairman Rep. Jason Smith.

In our plenary session on Thursday, we heard from House Speaker Mike Johnson, from Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, "The Great One" Mark Levin, Auburn Men's Basketball Coach Bruce Pearl, Dr. Miriam Adelson, and President Donald Trump.

Maren Faiella, Shabbos Kestenbaum, and Melisa Siegel are Jewish Democrats who are voting for Donald Trump in 2024.

In addition, we heard from three people who were Democrats their whole lives, but are now eager to vote for President Trump in 2024! Shabbos Kestenbaum, Maren Faiella, and Melisa Siegel shared their personal stories. Each of them came to understand that the Democratic Party doesn't represent their values or respect the Jewish community. The Republican Party and President Trump have earned their votes.

Sen. Joni Ernst, Sen. Rick Scott, Gov. Doug Burgum, and Speaker Mike Johnson.

We were delighted to continue our amazing program during lunch with remarks from Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik; a Senate candidates panel featuing NRSC Chairman Steve Daines with Sam Brown (NV), Kari Lake (AZ), Dave McCormick (PA) and Tim Sheehy (MT). Another panel, discussing how the GOP impact the local level, featured Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares, Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman (NY), and State Rep. Randy Fine (FL).

NRSC Chairman Sen. Steve Daines, RNC Chairman Michael Whatley, TX Gov. Greg Abbott, and "The Great One" Mark Levin.

The afternoon also included great sessions with a timely focus: a legislative update featuring Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) and Rep. Michael Waltz (FL) moderated by David Milstein, former special assistant to the US Ambassador to israel; a Holocaust learning experience with Keith Myers, Jenni Frumer, and Leigh Routman; a live focus group on antisemitism with Frank Luntz and impacted college students; and a screening of a new film from OpenDor Media, "Tragic Awakening: A new Look at the Oldest Hatred," with a discussion featuring Raphael Shore.

Elizabeth Pipko, Eyal Yakoby, and Emily Austin are young influencers fighting for Israel and the Jewish people.

Last night's gala dinner and concluding session featured three eloquent and impactful activists and influencers: Emily Austin, Eyal Yakoby, and Elizabeth Pipko. Steven Mizel presented the Mizel Family Foundation's "Defender of Israel" award to three Israeli heroes: Menahem Kalmanson, in memory of his brother Elhanan Kalmanson, Itamar Harlap, and Kobi Shabtai. The crowd roared their approval of remarks from Senators Tom Cotton (AR) and Tim Scott (SC).

Rep. Lee Zeldin, Ronen and Orna Neutra, Sen. Tim Scott, Douglas Murray and Sen. Tom Cotton.

We stood in solidarity and resolve with Ronen and Orna Neutra, parents of American-Israeli hostage Omer Neutra, who shared their story with us. The evening ended with the presentation of the "Champion of Freedom" Award to British journalist and commentator Douglas Murray, who shared his insights into the situation in Israel, antisemitism, and the threat of "intersectionality" to free countries like the US.

The program wrapped up with a Sunday morning session with JNS CEO Alex Traiman on the war in Israel

RJC Victory Fund Presents Three New Ads

The RJC Victory Fund, a superPAC associated with the RJC, has released three new ads as part of the $15 million commitment the RJC made to help re-elect Donald Trump in 2024.

The ads were rolled out at the RJC Leadership Summit today. Click the graphics or links below to see them. Their message is clear: Donald Trump for America; Donald Trump for peace; Donald Trump for President.

"NEVER BEFORE": 2024 is the most important election for Jews in America for several generations. Never before has Israel's survival been so threatened. Never before have our college campuses been such hotbeds of hatred toward Israel and the Jewish people. Never before has antisemitism in the US been so prevalent. Never before have American Jews felt so unsafe. Israel, Jews, and Americans should be very concerned about their safety if Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are elected. This is a critical election. We have a choice between a proven leader in Donald Trump, who kept us safe and secure, or Kamala Harris. Harris is too risky and wrong for the Jewish community. The choice is clear.

ALLY: The bond between Israel and the US is more than a just an alliance. It's an unbreakable partnership. No President has defended Israel and Jewish Americans more than Donald Trump. Donald Trump stands as the most pro-Israel President in US history, someone the Jewish community can count on. Stand up and vote for security. We have a choice. The stakes have never been higher.

WON'T: Kamala Harris won't fight against antisemitism. She embraces the "Squad" and sympathizes with antisemitic protesters. Kamala Harris is no ordinary Democrat. She's radical and wrong for us.
