Dr. Bill Wells is the Mayor of El Cajon California and he is currently running for Congress against Sara Jacobs in California's 51st Congressional District, where he was born and raised. As a mental health professional with 30 years of experience as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and as a Registered Nurse, he has become a nationally recognized expert on homelessness and has written articles for local and national publications. He fought to protect the mental and financial health of his constituents by pushing back against overreaching COVID restrictions. El Cajon has a balanced budget and a $67 million reserve.
