Lee C. Samson

Lee Samson was born in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of UCLA and a lifelong California resident.
After graduating from UCLA, Lee became the first West Coast Regional Director of the National Conference of Synagogue Youth (NCSY), developing the region to 21 chapters throughout the western United States and Canada.
Following a decade devoted to social work and Jewish youth, Lee founded Windsor Healthcare Management, one of the largest and most respected post‐ acute, skilled nursing and rehabilitation providers in California and Arizona.
Lee’s commitment to charitable endeavors spans the globe:He is a member of the International Board of Trustees of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and serves on the Board of Governors of Cedars Sinai Medical Center and the Board of Directors of the Orthodox Union. He is Chairman of the Board of Young Israel of North Beverly Hills, and he recently dedicated the Samson Center at Yeshiva University of Los Angeles High School. Additionally, he serves on the Los Angeles Philharmonic Board of Trustees.
His philanthropy is also centered on many institutions in Israel including NCSY’s Anne Samson Jerusalem Journey, Shaare Zedek Hospital’s Lee and Anne Samson Interventional Neuro‐Radiology Unit in Jerusalem, The Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem, and The Samson Family Wine Research Center at Ariel University. Mr. Samson serves as Chairman of The Biblical Museum of Natural History and sits on the Board of Directors of Ma'aleh Film School. He is the International Chairman of Yeshivat Hesder Kiryat Shmona.
Lee has been a staunch supporter of the Republican Party for over 20 years. He is a member of the Republican National Committee (RNC) and a board member of the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC). Over the years he has hosted many prominent Republican senators and members of the House including Speaker John Boehner (2012), Senator Marco Rubio (2016), US Representatives Ed Royce and Young Kim (2018), Congresswoman Mimi Walters (2018), and Senator Lindsey Graham (2019) among many others whom he has supported financially.
In 2019 Mr. Samson hosted President Trump during his re‐election campaign which raised $5,000,000. He further supported Mr. Trump hosting his daughter Ivanka Trump in 2020 raising $2,00,000 for his re‐election.
Mr. Samson is well‐known and highly respected within the Republican Party. He was among the delegation onsite in Jerusalem at the opening of the United States Embassy and was one of very few invited to witness the signing of The Abraham Accords at The White House.
Mr. Samson was married to his late wife, Anne, for 45 years. They have three children, fourteen grandchildren, and three great‐grandchildren.
