RJC Congratulates Netanyahu on Election Victory

Washington, DC (November 3, 2022) – The Republican Jewish Coalition congratulates Benjamin Netanyahu on Likud’s success at the polls and his opportunity to build a stable and strong majority block in the Knesset.

RJC National Chairman Norm Coleman said:

Bibi Netanyahu is the longest-serving prime minister in Israeli history and one of the most successful. He returns to the helm of a uniquely important country at a significant moment in history. Today, the historic Abraham Accords have opened doors to peaceful relations between Israel and its Arab and Muslim neighbors, but the threat of a nuclear Iran continues to loom over the region.

We wish Bibi Netanyahu and the new government of Israel much success in dealing with the great opportunities and the great challenges they face.

RJC Executive Director Matt Brooks said:

The voters of Israel have chosen an experienced, dedicated leader in Benjamin Netanyahu. We look forward to welcoming him to the RJC Annual Leadership Meeting in Las Vegas in two weeks, when he will join us via satellite, and hearing about the development of his coalition and its program for Israel’s future.

The strong and vital alliance between the US and Israel can and must hold firm through changes of government in both countries. The RJC stands with Israel, and we will continue our decades-long commitment to strengthening and upholding that alliance.
