RJC Congratulates the IDF on Eliminating Hamas Leader Sinwar

Washington, DC - The Republican Jewish Coalition released the following statement in response to the IDF eliminating Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. 

RJC National Chairman Senator Norm Coleman and CEO Matt Brooks said:

Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar started this war on October 7, 2023. Today, Israel eliminated him.

Israel is the tip of the spear in the fight against Iran-backed terrorism.

Sinwar had the blood of Israelis and Americans on his hands, and the world is a far safer place with him gone. The deepest pits of hell are not enough for this monster, who orchestrated the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust and cruelly took hundreds more as hostages into Gaza.

For months, the Biden-Harris administration has shamefully called for an immediate ceasefire, playing right into the terrorists' hands by unfairly pressuring Israel.

America must stand unequivocally and unapologetically with the Jewish state as it continues to fight a multi-front war for its very survival.
