RJC PAC Releases New Endorsements
The Republican Jewish Coalition PAC just released brand-new endorsements for 20 GOP incumbents and challengers:
John Sununu (NH-Sen) - The Granite State's post-Labor Day primary set up a contest between John Sununu, who held this seat for one term in the 2000s, and a Democrat congressman first elected in 2018, Chris Pappas.
New Hampshire has become a reliable blue state at the presidential level but it has a GOP legislature and a GOP Governor, Kelly Ayotte, on her way to an easy reelection. After reviewing private polls of the race with operatives from both parties, the Cook Political Report changed their race rating from Leans Democrat to Toss-up.
Democrats can't afford to lose this seat but, they realize now that it's possible. Republicans need to muster strongly in support of our candidate in this late-breaking race to press our strategic advantage!
Rep. Monica De La Cruz (TX-15) - Just a few weeks after the horror of October 7, 2023, antisemitic vandals targeted first-term Rep. Monica De La Cruz's district office, defacing the building with messages attacking the Congresswoman for standing with Jewish Americans and for supporting Israel's war of self-defense in Gaza. In response, our friend Congresswoman De La Cruz vowed to redouble her support for Jewish Americans and for the beleaguered Jewish state.
Now in her second term, Rep. De La Cruz faces Tex-Mex music star Bobby Pulido. Pulido hasn't said much about Jewish matters, but he's proudly endorsed by the anti-Israel lobbying organization J Street. This part of South Texas voted heavily for Trump in 2024, but Democrats are betting big on their celebrity challenger.
Rep. Bill Huizenga (MI-04) - Bill Huizenga has represented southwest Michigan for seven terms, earning a reputation as a hard-working member of the financial services and foreign affairs committees. But his district became somewhat more Democrat-friendly in recent redistricting, and now Democrats have declared him to be a top target.
Huizenga's Democrat opponent is Sean McCann, a state legislator who is a party loyalist and has said little about foreign policy. Conservative election analyst Henry Olsen flagged this race as one to watch closely on election night, as "a strong run by McCann would be a sign that Democrats are in for a very good night."
Rep. Jen Kiggans (VA-02) - Holding Virginia's 2nd District is vital to keeping the Republican House majority. Following Democrats' unsuccessful attempt to eliminate GOP seats, Navy veteran Rep. Jen Kiggans faces a rematch with the Democrat she unseated in 2022.
Congresswoman Kiggans has been a steadfast champion for Jewish Americans, leading legislative efforts to safeguard synagogues following October 7th. A proven fighter for veterans and military families, Kiggans stands firmly with our allies and needs robust support to secure victory this November.
Rep. Rob Wittman (VA-01) - Rep. Rob Wittman is a proven conservative leader and one of Congress's strongest voices for national defense.
First elected in 2007, Wittman has focused on strengthening the military, supporting veterans, and advancing domestic shipbuilding. As vice chairman of the House Armed Services Committee and chairman of the Tactical Air and Land Forces Subcommittee, he has the experience to confront the threats facing America, Israel, and our allies.
Congressman Wittman has also built a strong pro-Israel record. At a time of rising antisemitism and far-left hostility toward Israel, Rob Wittman has earned another term because he will rebuild American strength, confront Iran and China, stand with Israel, and deliver results for Virginia's First District. With VA-1 rated Lean Republican (i.e. competitive) in a district trending left, this reliable ally needs continued support to hold this critical pro-Israel seat.
Casey Askar (FL-22) - Casey Askar is the common-sense conservative South Florida needs in Congress. A national business leader, U.S. Marine, philanthropist, family man, and father of seven, Casey legally immigrated to America after his family escaped religious persecution and went on to build a company that employs thousands.
Askar understands the threat from Iran and its terrorist proxies and has spoken clearly about the necessity of thwarting Iran's nuclear ambitions.
At a time of rising antisemitism and hostility toward Israel on the far left, Casey Askar will be a reliable Republican voice for the Jewish community, the U.S.-Israel alliance, and peace through strength. In a South Florida seat that will help determine whether pro-Israel Republicans grow the House majority, Casey deserves the full support needed to win.
Mike Beltran (FL-14) - Mike Beltran is a principled conservative who has fought for opportunity, lower costs, and accountable government. Raised in Brooklyn, a Harvard Law graduate, and an attorney for individuals and small businesses, Mike served six years in the Florida House, where he helped deliver major tax relief, expand healthcare access, and cut red tape.
Florida has led the nation in combating antisemitism, adopting the IHRA definition and strengthening protections against discriminatory boycotts of Israel, and Mike will bring that same clarity to Washington.
With FL-14 rated a Toss Up, this is a must-win race for pro-Israel Republicans, and Mike needs the resources to finish strong.
Mike Bouchard (MI-10) - Bouchard connects his desire to serve in Congress to the impulse that led him to become a soldier — stepping up as part of a new generation of leadership, one that still believes in duty, honor, and discipline.
Bouchard claims a personal connection to Israel, having traveled there on his own, and he has vowed to stand with Israel unapologetically. He favors an unrelenting maximum pressure posture to squeeze the terrorist Iranian regime economically.
To maintain a majority, it is vital to hold on to districts currently held by the GOP — especially those like MI-10 that are 'open seats,' ones not being protected by an incumbent.
John Braun (WA-03) - Republicans should never have lost a district that President Trump easily carried every time he was on the ballot, but after two cycles of disappointment, Republicans have found the right man to reclaim it: Washington state Senator John Braun.
Braun's life has been defined by public service and private enterprise. A 31-year Navy veteran, he says he went "from factory floor to Senate floor" as a manufacturing executive and a legislator. He's the proven conservative who can secure the GOP's lost foothold in southwest Washington and a steadier leader than current Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez.
Laurie Buckhout (NC-01) - Buckhout served her country in the military, rising in the ranks to become a combat battalion commander in Iraq and attain the rank of Colonel before retiring. In the private sector, she built a successful business in the defense sector.
Buckhout, who also served in the second Trump administration as Acting Assistant Secretary of War for Cyber Policy, will be a big improvement over incumbent Democrat Don Davis, a party-line Democrat who is personally well-liked but avoids rocking the boat.
A Buckhout victory will fulfill the intent of North Carolina's Republican legislature to gain one North Carolina seat in the mid-decade redistricting push.
Greg Cunningham (NM-02) - President Trump won this largely rural, majority Hispanic district, making Democratic Rep. Gabe Vasquez a top target for the midterms. Republicans have a fantastic candidate: Greg Cunningham, a Marine combat veteran and long-time police officer who had never run for office previously but felt compelled to step forward after Charlie Kirk's assassination.
Congressman Vasquez is one of just two Democrat incumbents in competitive races who voted for Congressman Thomas Massie's proposal to ban foreign aid to Israel. It's never easy to beat incumbents, but Vasquez is just too out of touch and outclassed by his opponent to breeze to reelection again.
Carlos De La Cruz (TX-35) - The Texas legislature eliminated the district of House Progressive Caucus Chairman Greg Casar and carved out a new 35th district where Donald Trump got more than 54 percent of the vote in 2024.
The GOP nomination went to President Trump's endorsed candidate, first-time office seeker Carlos De La Cruz — the brother of Rep. Monica De La Cruz.
Carlos De La Cruz impressed in a campaign that introduced him to voters as a Native Texan, Air Force veteran, small businessman, and proven conservative. De La Cruz told RJC he felt a duty as a Christian to support Israel against Iran and other genocidally minded enemies.
The Democrats' TX-35 nominee Johnny Garcia has been endorsed by J Street. Anyone interested in locking down the gains from Trump's mid-decade redistricting has a stake in this race.
Jay Feely (AZ-01) - Jay Feely is a conservative outsider with an outstanding record of leadership, discipline, and service. A 14-year NFL veteran, team captain, NFLPA leader, and CBS analyst, Feely raised his family in the Valley, founded the Feely Family Foundation, promoted school choice, and served as a mentor, coach, and business leader.
Feely has spoken personally about seeing Israel's security challenges near Gaza and has made clear he will stand unapologetically with Israel while fighting antisemitism at home, including on college campuses. In Congress, Jay Feely will defend freedom, support law enforcement, confront Iran-backed terror, and be a strong Republican ally of the Jewish community.
AZ-1 is one of the most competitive districts in the country and rated a Toss Up, so Jay Feely needs immediate support to keep this seat in Republican hands.
Eric Flores (TX-34) - The Texas legislature redrew the Gulf Coast 34th district last year with the aim of finally defeating long-time target, Democratic Rep. Vicente Gonzalez. The district was redrawn — from one carried narrowly by President Trump to one he would have won by a landslide margin.
Gonzalez barely hung on under the old lines, and Republicans landed a very impressive recruit, Trump-endorsed Eric Flores. South Texas native Flores excelled in public service as a soldier and a prosecutor. This race is one of the five targeted as blue-to-red targets in mid-decade redistricting.
Dan Green (FL-09) - Dan Green is a tested warrior and America First conservative who understands service, sacrifice, and national security. The son of an Army veteran and a schoolteacher, Dan grew up in Florida, joined the Navy after 9/11, completed four tours across the Middle East and Central Asia, and later served in the Trump administration as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategy and Force Development.
Green's peace-through-strength worldview is exactly what is needed as Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist actors threaten American national security. Thanks to the Sunshine State's mid-decade redistricting, FL-9 is a real pickup opportunity, provided Dan gets strong support to ensure Floridians send him to Congress.
Brinker Harding (NE-02) - As Vice President of the Omaha City Council, Brinker Harding balanced the city budget every year, lowered the property-tax levy three times, and — rather than defund the police — delivered officers a record pay raise as violent crime fell to 40-year lows.
Endorsed by President Donald J. Trump and Speaker Mike Johnson, Harding is a rock-solid America First conservative who will stand with the American Jewish community and the State of Israel in Congress.
Harding's opponent, Denise Powell, told a Nebraska Democratic forum that she would not accept support from any pro-Israel group — a position so egregious that Democratic Majority for Israel pulled its planned spending out of the race.
Paul LePage (ME-02) - The oldest of 18 children, Paul LePage left home at 11, survived two years on the streets, and rose to become a successful businessman and two-term Governor of Maine — an only-in-America story of grit and self-reliance.
A proven America First fighter endorsed by President Donald J. Trump, LePage offers Maine's 2nd District a clear contrast with his opponent, former Secretary of State Matt Dunlap. Dunlap has made "not taking a dime from AIPAC" a campaign line and dismissed U.S. military aid to Israel as a "mixed bag," predicting that support for the Jewish state would erode.
Rhett Marques (AL-02) - A lifelong Alabamian and small-business owner, Rhett Marques has spent more than 26 years building a family automotive business in Enterprise and four terms in the state legislature cutting taxes and defending conservative values. Endorsed by President Donald J. Trump and Senator Katie Britt, Marques is a proud America First conservative running to bring common sense and moral clarity back to Washington.
Marques's opponent, Rep. Shomari Figures, was one of only a handful of House Democrats to vote "present" — rather than yes — on a June 2025 resolution condemning the antisemitic terrorist attack on pro-Israel demonstrators in Boulder, Colorado. The people of Alabama's 2nd District deserve a representative who will condemn antisemitism without hesitation.
Derek Merrin (OH-09) - A conservative former state representative who led the fight for lower taxes and secure borders in Columbus, Derek Merrin is running on a proven record and came within a whisker of winning this seat in 2024.
Merrin's opponent, longtime Rep. Marcy Kaptur, is a J Street-endorsed 44-year incumbent who this year co-sponsored legislation — the so-called "Ceasefire Compliance Act" — to restrict and condition U.S. weapons to Israel as the Jewish state defends itself against Iran's terror proxies. Ohio's 9th District deserves a stalwart conservative and a friend of Israel in Congress. Derek Merrin is that choice.
Joe Mitchell (IA-02) - Sworn in at 21 as the youngest legislator in Iowa history, Joe Mitchell is a small-business owner who served in the Trump administration cutting red tape to help more Iowans afford a home.
President Trump has called him "a real patriot," and Mitchell is running as an America First conservative to cut spending and take power back from Washington insiders.
Mitchell's opponent, state Rep. Lindsay James, is backed by J Street and was recorded absent for Iowa's 2025 House resolution affirming support for the State of Israel. Iowa's 2nd District should have a representative who will stand with Jewish Americans and our ally Israel.
