Commissioner Ramsey is the only conservative on the Harris County Commissioners Court. He was the Mayor of Spring Valley Village from 2012-2020, and has a long track record of improving the safety, infrastructure, livability, and financial health of the communities he serves as an award-winning civil engineer, senior executive, and public servant. He shares an incredible bond with Israel as he’s traveled there with his family more than half a dozen times. His memorable experiences there include conducting archaeological digs on historic, Old Testament sites.
